TED: Inspired talks by the world's leading thinkers and doers. If all the lectures/talks are like this, TED will be consuming much of my online time.
Scott McCloud is very engaging to say the least. Once you watch the first 5 minutes I'm pretty sure you'll be in for the entire 17.
